$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install nova-network 

nova-network is installed in your system.

Make ensure the nova-network package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep nova-network *

You will get with nova-network package name, version, architecture and description in a table

nova-network package basic information:
